Helen Castro, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. MSTCM

Helen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Universitiy of Colorado at Denver and a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This 3 year program consisted of 2,800 hours of education and clinical practice.  She is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, (NCCAOM). She is licensed by the State of Colorado.

Helen also completed internships in Neurology, Tuina, and Dermatology at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Harbin, China. Other training includes adjunctive therapies such as moxibustion, tuina, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Mead Bullington, CMT

Mead trained at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and hot stone techniques. Her work focuses on the relaxation of the body and the balancing of its internal energies.
